Policy Agreement

Please agree to our policies before continuing to log in.

Payments:

Our payment system is online and subscription based.
This basically means that tuition payments are made by card (debit or credit) and automatically deducted at regular intervals of your choice- every week, 2-weeks, or 4-weeks.
Payments are made on Sundays or Mondays for the week(s) following.

Teachers can not accept any payments, cancel subscriptions, or authorize a credit or refund.
Any billing questions should be directed to the School Manager, [email protected].

We use the third party secure web-based payment system "Stripe", one of the biggest and best credit/debit card processors on the web for all payments and transactions.
So we only have access to small bits of essential information about your card (like the last 4 digets) and our website doesn't actually make any charges to provide the highest level of security.

Lesson Cancellations:

We offer make up lessons if you miss a lesson. Please give your instructor as much notice as you can when rescheduling.
If your lesson falls on a holiday, please work with your instructor to schedule a makeup.
A credit may be provided if a teacher cancels a lesson and can not do the makeup lesson.

A 6-hour minimum notice is necessary to qualify for a makeup lesson. No credit, refunds or makeups are given for lessons cancelled with less than 6 hours notice.

Makeup lessons cannot be used as credit towards regularly scheduled lessons and must be used outside of the normal lesson time, except if you want to extend a regular lesson.

Subscription Cancellations:

Makeups and unused lessons expire when the subscription is cancelled or suspended. To save unused lessons or makeups, they may be upgraded before you cancel to Pay Per Lesson.

Emails & Messages

We generally stick to the method of communication you prefer: text, email, or call. However, very rarely you may receive a text from the application reminding you about something, like an upcoming payment, for example. You can opt-out of text messages anytime by letting us know or changing your contact preferences in the app.
